All the necessary information to prepare for your upcoming trip to the Copper River LodgePaperwork and Alcohol Order
Alcoholic beverages are not sold at the lodge. Alcohol is not included in the package price. Please fill out your paperwork and alcohol order via our Guest Information Form sent with your invoice.
Travel and Logistics
Our flight recommendations in and out of Anchorage, charter flight information, hotel and restaurant recommendations, and lodge information such as alcohol, communications, and emergency contact information. Please note that it is your responsibility to call and book your trip from Anchorage to Iliamna. We block off seats for you, but if you do not pay for the reservation they will release your seats on May 31, 2023. Trip Insurance
We highly recommend medical evacuation/trip cancellation insurance as a way to protect yourself. Please purchase trip insurance within two weeks of your deposit as it covers preexisting conditions. Terms and Conditions
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully regarding our payment policy and liability release waiver. Deposit on the trip acknowledges that you agree to all of our terms and conditions. Upon arrival to the Copper River Lodge, all participants will be required to sign our Term and Conditions form in person.
